Pianist & composer Jon Davis has been performing & touring with many of the finest jazz musicians around the world for more than 25 years. He has appeared on over 50 recordings, and has contributed compositions on many of them. Although perhaps still most widely known for his association with the legendary bassist Jaco Pastorius, Jon has shown a rare versatility ranging from solo to Big Band & everything in between.
Bassist & composer Rob Duguay is a budding bassist performing on the NYC Jazz scene & around the world for 10 years. Best known for band leading his groups SONGEVITY & the Low Key Trio, Rob is very active & will release his 5th album as a leader this Fall 2014. Together, Jon & Rob have been performing & creating beautiful duo versions of favorite American compositions as well as highlighting their own music for years.
